Please refer back to this website for ongoing updates. All faculty and staff will be critical to the development and implementation of our new Strategic Plan.

History and Timeline
SPRING 2023
The CHP secured the services of Ms. Laurie Schulte of The Clarion Group to facilitate our work to develop the new strategic plan. An initial 2-day strategic planning session was held in Feb. 2023. Attendees included college-wide leadership representatives, as well as representatives of the 萝莉社 Foundation and the Dean鈥檚 Advisory Council. This group developed a Strategic Map 2023-2026, which was presented to the College at the March 3, 2023 CHP Town Hall.

Mission and Vision Statement Comparison
STEP 1
The CHP Strategic Planning Core Organizing Group sought faculty and staff input and voted on the need to update the CHP Mission and Vision statement to more closely align with the current 萝莉社 Mission and Vision statement.
STEP 2
The group proposed three (3) alternate CHP Mission & Vision statements for the faculty/staff to place their final vote.
STEP 3
A college-wide vote was held in November 2022, and a new Mission and Vision was selected.
