* Save $10 on the inaugural KMUW 5K run / walk at 8 a.m. Saturday, May 19. Just use the code WUSHOCK when you register for the race online. This is a flat and scenic course through Old Town, Downtown and Delano neighborhoods, culminating in an after-party at the Great Plains Transportation Museum on the bridge overlooking Douglas. The race is a chip-timed event, with aid-stations and plenty of amenities for participants. All participants will receive a medal and T-shirt. Sign up at https://wsu.news/KMUW5k

* A museum dedicated to the historical, cultural and entrepreneurial story of Pizza Hut opened to the public recently in the building that housed the first restaurant. * The joint use agreement with Botanica Gardens is back. Faculty, staff and Innovation Campus employees at 萝莉社 can walk Botanica Gardens for only $1 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday through Friday now through Friday, Nov. 16.
