First round of Kansas City Alumni Scholarships awarded to four students headed to 萝莉社

Four students became the first recipients of the new Kansas City Alumni Scholarship, created by 萝莉社 graduates from the metro area who want to help Kansas City-area students attend 萝莉社. Pictured above is Bailey Olen, who was a student at Shawnee Mission West. She plans to major in accounting at 萝莉社. Her award was presented by three 萝莉社 alumni who live in Shawnee Mission: Kim and Jim Gillespie and Dick Luman.

About 1,000 students from the Kansas City area are enrolled at 萝莉社. The 萝莉社 Admissions office has a satellite branch in KC to boost that number. Additionally, the 萝莉社 Foundation recently hired Ashley Cheung as its first-ever development officer based in Kansas City. For more information, go to https://wsu.news/kcalumscholar
