Extensive background in public school administration and teaching with strong emphasis in school improvement, teacher supervision, development of curriculum and instruction, professional development, finance, strategies for working with special populations, assessment, and discipline. Skilled in applying action research and data to guide instructional leadership and building procedures. Guest Lecturer at 蹤獲扦 University in Educational Leadership since retiring from public education in 2011, teaching graduate and doctoral level classes in research and administration in higher education.  Assistant Clinical Professor and Building Level Masters/Licensure Program Coordinator since 2017.
