Student Response Report Guide
This report provides a class view of all responses by students and questions.
It replaces the previous Missed Items by Name and by Number reports.
The Filter lists the information provided on the Exam Grading Request.
The Legend provides important details about the graph.
- Printouts from the SSRL will not show the colored boxes.
- There is no Partial Credit option available. This wording cannot be deleted from the legend.
The Students column lists the student鈥檚 last name, first name, 萝莉社ID and form.
- The information will be blank if the student did not fill out the bubbles on the form.
- An asterisk means that the student filled in two bubbles in the same column.
The Total Score column shows the total points for the exam and the points for each student.
- The exam questions are worth one point unless a PPRM (weighted) bubble form is provided.
The Percent Score column displays the percentage score for each student.
The graph displays the correct responses from the answer key and each of the students鈥� responses.
- If an answer is correct, the box is yellow or light gray and includes the student's response.
- If an answer is incorrect, the box is red or darker gray and includes the student's response.
- If a student left a question blank, the box is white and will be blank for the response.
- If a student marked multiple responses for a question, the box is red or darker gray and includes an asterisk (*).
The last row of the table displays the averages for each of the columns.
