Students: If you would like specific information about your financial aid by phone, be sure to have your OneStop Security Question. Log into your , and on the Home tab under Looking for, select Manage your OneStop Security Question (Telephone Access Code). Your TAC will be displayed.
Parents/Spouses/Others: If you would like specific information about a student's account, you must be authorized as a "proxy" by the student and give the appropriate passphrase. Additional information is available at wichita.edu/proxy.

Our building is located east of Hillside and north of 17th Street. It is just west of the Rhatigan Student Center and north of McKinley Hall. Visitors may park in Lot 7 directly south of the Rhatigan Student Center and adjacent to the parking garage - .

Walk-ins welcome: Visitors may experience wait times for walk-in assistance, especially during August and January. Please note there is limited availability daily from 12-1 pm and 4-5 pm. You may be directed to schedule an appointment on a future date.

Students: Scan and return sensitive documentation as a PDF file within your portal. Select the myFinances tab and then select 鈥淪tudent Drop Box鈥� to upload your documents securely.

Scholarship Checks
If your scholarship check is made payable to 萝莉社 (萝莉社) or co-payable to you and 萝莉社 (meaning it was written to you and 萝莉社), it must be submitted to the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships for processing.
If the check is co-payable to you, endorse the check on the back of the check by signing your name in pen in the endorsement section.
Beginning July 1 of each year, the scholarships are credited to your 萝莉社 account within 5 business days after receipt.
