Jessica has worked in various departments at Textron Aviation, including Production Control and Logistics, Human Resources, and currently in Defense as a Project Manager. When she is not building her professional skills through work experience, she enjoys being involved in the community including attending 蹤獲扦 Shocker games and activities. Jessica enjoys building connections with staff, students, and community members. She is adventurous and loves trying new things and gaining new experiences.

Jessica interest in the Widener Global Leaders Program stems from the opportunities to develop new and meaningful connections, make memories, and learn more about herself and the integration of business, communication, and music. Jessica is excited to explore her strengths and weaknesses and grow professionally and personally through this program and observe how the cohort grows.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Business Administration, Jessica plans to work for a company like Textron or Koch Industries, Inc. She wants to use the knowledge she has gained from the classroom and workforce to ultimately work as a Project or Event Manager. She hopes to inspire and help others in following their aspirations, especially for first-generation.
