Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
The BYOD (鈥渂ring鈥恲our鈥恛wn鈥恉evice鈥�) classroom is the least built-out, but still enables faculty to teach with their own laptops, tablets, or phones as desired.
Standard Features: Connection to plug in a user鈥恜rovided full鈥恠ize HDMI or VGA+Audio cable for user鈥檚 laptop/tablet/phone, etc., wireless presentation. Also includes projector or display of appropriate size, plus appropriate speaker coverage for voice and video playback, with push鈥恇utton controls. Part of Campus Media Services鈥� managed AV system.
Optional Features: Additional mirrored displays/projectors. Current Examples: Hubbard Hall 342, Old Town (213) A112, 萝莉社 Haysville 115鈥�123.
