Later, the nursing facility was forced to issue an apology. The facility for retired army personnel in Tawain, reportedly hired an adult entertainer to put up a show for their senior residents in wheelchairs

The nursing home explained the services of the performer were enlisted to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The footage of the performance went viral after appeared online. The event was reportedly filmed by an attendee and someone uploaded it on social media.

Post this, the nursing home faced a strong backlash from netizens. The facility identified as Taoyuan Veterans Home is a state-run facility for retired army veterans.
