Sources further said the first phase of the trial was successful and a couple of other more steps will be conducted at the earliest. The IRCTC may introduce AI-powered Ask DISHA in the next three months.

Passengers will get the facility of booking tickets through voice commands in IRCTC's chatbot Ask Disha 2.0. Wherever the passengers can easily book their tickets through voice command. Not only this, you can also preview, print and share the ticket.

Passengers can get any information related to the train only through voice commands. Ask Disha Railway has created for the queries of passengers. Through this feature, passengers can ask their questions in English and Hindi.

At present, Ask Disha enables customers to book tickets and customers can seek support for other services with an OTP verification log-in. It does not require users to log in using IRCTC UserID and password.
