Information for Guests

 


Guests

Guests will not be ticketed. There will be open arena seating for guests. Doors open 1 hour before the ceremony start time. Seating is first-come first-serve.

Commencement will be implementing a clear bag policy for all graduates, guests, volunteers, faculty and staff.

 


Seating

Seating for guests with disabilities and companions are available in Sections 106, 108, 110, 120, 121, and 122.

Limited Mobility seating is available in Sections 104, 112, 119 and 123, rows 15 & 16.

ASL/hearing impaired seating is in Section 118 Rows 3-4. An interpreter is provided.

Seating is first come, first served. There are no reservations.


Parking

Guests can park in Lots 2W and Lot 1. Doors open 1 hour before the ceremony start time. Seating is first-come first-serve. 

 


Clear Bag Policy

Commencement will be implementing a clear bag policy which will speed up the entry process into the venue, improve security and limit touch points. Learn more about Commencement Security Guidelines.

 


Personal Items Check

There will be NO personal items check. All items should be left at home or kept in a car. 

Students, Faculty, Staff and Guests should not bring any prohibited items. You will not be permitted

into the arena with these items.
