The Berlin Experience Course (Management 885G) offers students the opportunity to work on an international consulting project for European and American companies. Students participating in this class have the opportunity to present to senior leadership on their capstone projects with their classmates. Teams are comprised of graduate students from 蹤獲扦 and the Berlin School of Economics and Law. Students that are within the last year of their graduate program should consider applying to take this spring course.

As part of the course, students have the opportunity to travel to Berlin together for one week before the spring semester begins. 蹤獲扦 offers travel scholarships that significantly reduce the cost of travel. German students visit Wichita in late March for final project presentations. This course is available to both online and in-person students.

Company participation

If your company is interested in participating in the Advanced Strategic Management course with 蹤獲扦, please contact chris.broberg@wichita.edu for consideration. Companies best suited to this project are those who are looking to expand into new markets, with an international interest. Participating companies will receive a written report and formal presentation on findings by late March. Companies are asked to commit a minimum of 2-3 hours to this project. Students will meet with companies in early January to learn about areas of potential exploration. Companies are asked to share data that may be beneficial to students in their research to the extent that is allowable. Leadership is asked to attend the final presentation with students in late March. Feedback on the report and presentation will also be provided by the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs and Research, as well as a professor of entrepreneurship
