We define "Excellence in PA Education" as meeting our mission of transforming students into highly competent, compassionate, and professional PAs. That competency is measured subjectively and objectively using the following outcomes measures of success based upon our guiding principles.

aVision/Mission Exit Survey is completed annually in July prior to graduation.
bStudent satisfaction with fostering an enthusiastic learning environment dropped dramatically
for the 2023 cohort (53%). The Program implemented a multi-factorial improvement
plan which increased satisfaction to 84% for the most recent cohort, 2024.
cAttrition includes students who decelerate into the next cohort, voluntarily withdraw
or are dismissed. Most often, students who decelerate do graduate. Over the last
3 years, 95% of students who began the Program have successfully graduated.
