Financial Aid Offers
Once an award has been made, you will receive an email notification from the 蹤獲扦 Office of Financial Aid via your 蹤獲扦 email address. You will be directed to go online to your secure web portal to view your Financial Aid Dashboard. There you will need to accept or decline financial aid awards (such as loans or work-study) through the Award Offer tab. We encourage you to accept your aid at your earliest convenience. Our office will withdraw any unaccepted aid after a certain period of time. If your aid is withdrawn, you may request reinstatement of the award(s). However, reinstatement will be based on funds available at that time. Please note that most grant and scholarship awards are auto-accepted so you should only contact the Office of Financial Aid if you choose to decline the grant / scholarship award(s).
If you choose to accept Federal student loans or a Federal TEACH Grant, you have the right to cancel these awards up to 14 days after the awards have disbursed. We may not be able to honor cancellation requests made after the 14-day period, and cancelling awards may cause an increased balance owed to the University.
Financial aid (except for federal work-study) is typically disbursed one-half in the fall semester and one-half in the spring semester, unless otherwise noted on the award notification.
