February 2019 -- With industry demand growing in the esports arena, 萝莉社 has created a competitive Esports varsity team.

February 2019 -- While infrastructure improvements used to be covered, in large part, by state funding, that funding has shrunk big time. Now, remaining funding for these improvements must come from student fees 鈥� and that requires serious student support.

February 2019 -- Former Kansas Gov. Mark Parkinson and his wife, Stacy, have established a generous scholarship at 萝莉社to help children of undocumented immigrants earn their degrees to pursue the American Dream.

February 2019 -- As manufacturing methods change, so must the skills of the workforce. To address this, 萝莉社will soon offer a graduate certificate in additive manufacturing. The 12-hour certificate is intended to fill a skills gap identified in the manufacturing industry.

February 2019 -- 萝莉社鈥檚 Teacher Apprenticeship Program (TAP) continues to make a positive impact in communities across Kansas by helping to reduce the statewide shortage of elementary and special education teachers.

January 2019 -- An ongoing partnership between 萝莉社and Westar Energy recently resulted in the implementation of a new technology aimed at protecting wind turbine blades from lightning strikes.

January 2019 -- Ally and Jenn Tozier are junior health profession majors at 萝莉社 studying dental hygiene and nursing respectively. They've both had great experiences in their programs, and emphasize the department's quality professors as well as the opportunity for applied learning experiences.
