Dr. Nathan Johnson joined the Employee Relations Team within the Office of Human Resources in November 2023. As the Employee Relations Specialist, Dr. Johnson identifies and analyzes workplace patterns, trends, and concerns. Dr. Johnson facilitates processes to address and resolve workplace concerns, fostering a supportive environment for all employees.
