Applying for a permit to bring your truck, trailer, cart or bus to the Food Truck Plaza is a multi-step process. To make that process easier, we've collected the application information in one place.

The online application form includes: 

  1. Acknowledgement of the university's policy for accepting card payments
  2. Basic information about your food truck
  3. A place for you to upload valid proof of insurance for your food truck
  4. A place for you to upload valid proof of license, permit or certification for your food truck
  5. The 蹤獲扦 Food Truck Plaza Terms and Conditions agreement

Application for a permit to operate does not guarantee a permit will be granted. Permit approval is based upon the establishment of a food trucks compliance with state and local health requirements, and is at 蹤獲扦 Universitys sole discretion.

Please note: Permits are non-transferable. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Please allow up to two weeks to hear back on the status of your application.
