  • Alcohol Request鈥� This is an application to serve alcohol at your event on campus.

  • Donated Food Request鈥� This form is an application to serve food not provided by 萝莉社 Dining Services on campus for fundraisers, meetings, and events.

  • Police Officer Request 鈥� Submit this form to the University Police Department to request police officers at an event.

  • Approved Caterer Application 鈥� Submit this application to become a RSC approved caterer.
  • Sponsorship Agreement 鈥� Submit this form to provide 萝莉社 departmental sponsorship of a non-萝莉社 group usage of facilities.
