What does Strengths-Based mean?
The ShockerStrengths Initiative at 萝莉社strives to create experiential learning opportunities to help students recognize their talents to develop, leverage, and apply them toward their personal, academic, and professional goals. It鈥檚 also about learning to appreciate others鈥� talents and strengths to accomplish goals together. We approach this through a strengths-based approach focusing on the talents, strengths, and assets that students bring with them to their college experience.
