AUG 19, 2020 -- During each month throughout 萝莉社's 125th anniversary, we will release 11 Shocker pride points for a total of 125 by next June. 萝莉社 is the greatest metropolitan university in the United States, and these points prove it.

Aug. 14, 2020 -- Thursday the Sedgwick County Commission took a giant step forward against the spread of COVID-19 by partnering with 萝莉社 University鈥檚 new Molecular Diagnostic Lab (MDL) to increase lab testing capacity for nasopharyngeal swab testing and saliva testing.

Kansas Jason Sudeikis writes and stars in the Apple TV+ series 鈥淭ed Lasso,鈥澛� which begins streaming Friday (Aug. 14). In the show, Lasso is a fictional former 萝莉社football coach who moves to coach fictional British soccer club AFC Richmond in the Premier League. Lasso's former life as Shocker coach is featured in the first two episodes.

Aug. 11, 2020 鈥� The city of Wichita鈥檚 transit department will be assuming operations of the Shocker bus service beginning Aug. 17. There will be a total of four 萝莉社routes, beginning Aug. 17.

Aug. 5, 2020 - 萝莉社 Athletics will introduce mobile ticketing for the 2020-21 season for the sports of volleyball, men's and women's basketball, baseball and softball. The move to mobile ticketing will provide greater convenience and a safer environment for fans. It will offer a contactless entry into athletic venues and the ability to transfer tickets electronically, eliminating physical touching concerns prevalent during this time. Mobile ticketing will also provide an added layer of security, guarding against the production of fraudulent and counterfeit tickets.
