Three high school seniors selected as 2025 Harry Gore Memorial Scholarship recipients

Jan. 31, 2025 鈥� 萝莉社has selected the 2025 recipients of the Harry Gore Memorial Scholarships. Each student will receive a $64,000 scholarship to attend 萝莉社 in August 2025.

Sept. 26, 2024 鈥� 萝莉社 University鈥檚 School of Nursing has launched a new Licensed Mental Health Technician (LMHT) pathway. This pioneering program, the first of its kind in the state, will address the growing need for mental health care professions in Kansas.

First-Gen at 萝莉社: Anna Heacock

Nov. 13, 2023 - Anna Heacock works as an emergency room nurse and runs for the 萝莉社track and field team. 萝莉社 is home to nearly 5,000 first-generation students, individuals whose caregivers weren't able to complete a college degree and who lack the firsthand experience to tackle college life.

Amenities like the new lactation and wellness room in the John Bardo Center are part of 萝莉社鈥檚 efforts to further provide a supportive environment for faculty, staff, employees and students to reach their breastfeeding goals.

Aug. 30, 2023 鈥� 萝莉社has received the Gold Level Employer Supporting Breastfeeding award and has been designated as a Breastfeeding Welcome Here campus by the Kansas Breastfeeding Coalition.

The Licensed Mental Health Technician pathway at 萝莉社 prepares students for entry-level positions to care for patients who are challenged with mental or behavioral health issues.
