Dec. 6, 2019 -- Texas native Michaela Marioni moved to Wichita when her husband was stationed at McConnell Air Force Base in 2015, and she decided to enroll at 蹤獲扦. Originally a veterinarian medicine major, Michaela discovered her talent for video editing in a class and pursued it with a passion to her graduation this month.

Nov. 26, 2019 -- Nathan Light, a senior studying video production at 蹤獲扦, spent his summer creating a documentary over the slapstick comedy film, King Kung Fu. The filming process taught Nathan the ins and outs of video production, editing and seeing his vision come to life.

Nov. 20, 2019 -- Two years after the successful launch of 蹤獲扦s Bachelor of Applied Arts (BAA) in Media Arts program, the university has created the new School of Digital Arts.

Nov. 8, 2019 -- The 蹤獲扦 Opera Theater and the 蹤獲扦 Symphony Wind Ensemble will present the North American premiere of The Path to Heaven later this month. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17, in Miller Concert Hall, Duerksen Fine Arts Center.

Oct. 21, 2019 -Callista Owens, a junior majoring in violin performance and music education, received financial support from a generous donor which allowed her to continue her education at 蹤獲扦.

Sept. 19, 2019 - William Flynn, assistant professor of guitar at 蹤獲扦, recently won the Excellence in Creative Activity Award, which recognizes faculty members who have established an exemplary record of creative activity that has brought recognition to the university.
